At least that’s the view of Billy Wagner, the owner of Nobelhart & Schmutzig in Berlin, who has made it his business to address the synergies between politics and nutrition in his work, mainly because it's actually easy to enjoy food when you're not thinking about the rest of the world – but it’s also not an unadulterated pleasure. With his platform ONO, the Zurich-based startup entrepreneur Tobias Zihlmann aims to connect soil-conscious farmers with regional gastronomy to help counteract intensive production.
