Has actively followed the organic and natural wine scene for many years and currently works in product management and as Director of Fine Wine at Smith and Smith Ltd. in Zurich. Graduated from the Hotel Management School at Belvoirpark Zurich and now in training as a wine academic. He also runs a viticulture project with biodynamic wine as a hobby at the Besson-Strasser Winery.
