Franziska is a certified food fermentation specialist who has taught over 800 students in the last three years. With her former company, Fermentista Academy, she has conducted workshops for amateur and professional chefs in Switzerland. She also created Switzerland's first online course platform for fermentation knowledge, where she gained experience in e-learning. She also studied the human gut microbiome and the impact of gut microbes on human health. Her passion is to share her knowledge about fermentation, health and sustainability.
