Kosmos Drinks

Kosmos is a sparkling and refreshing beverage produced through the natural fermentation of microorganisms (fruit kefir, also known as water kefir or Tibicos). Fruit kefir grains, a small amount of sugar, lemon, and water are the minimum required ingredients to initiate fermentation. Any fruits or plants can then be added to give the drinks their unique flavors. Their goal is to use Swiss organic ingredients and build strong partnerships with local actors.

Overall, they have developed two different product lines that complement each other:

  • Kosmos "Eau de là" is cold-infused with local and organic plants to retain all the benefits. The sugar is completely consumed by the microorganisms during the fermentation process. Refreshment is guaranteed!

  • Kosmos "Jus des cieux" is made with Swiss fruit juices. This version provides a delightful twist to the traditional one. Sweeter versions cater to the majority of connoisseurs.

All the beverages are brewed with passion and crafted consciously to offer refreshing, low-sugar drinks with numerous benefits.
