The two Zurich natives Lorenz Pfrunder and Adrian Hoenicke actually met at a raclette dinner at a friend's house. Both independently brought home-made delicacies and immediately agreed that raclette needed more high-quality side dishes made from vegetables and fruit. For quite some time, one of them had been working with pickling and fermenting, and after a few glasses of schnapps, the business idea was born. In the meantime, production manager Moritz Diggelmann has also become a co-owner and the trio is complete.
