Rolf Hiltl is the fourth generation to run Hiltl AG with 7 establishments in the greater Zurich area. The House of Hiltl includes an à la carte restaurant, two large buffets with take away, the Hiltl Academy, the Hiltl Vegimetzg, the Hiltl Club and Hiltl Catering. Rolf Hiltl is co-founder and 50% partner of tibits AG with 12 vegetarian restaurants in Switzerland, 2 in London and one in Darmstadt.
