YamaSake

YamaSake is the first sake brewery in Switzerland. They produce sake according to the Japanese recipe, with as local ingredients as possible. The name YamaSake, translated as "Mountain Sake," is based on their aspiration to combine traditional Japanese brewing techniques with the fresh spring water from the Swiss mountains. The smooth texture recalls a refreshing mountain stream after a heavy rain. In addition to sake, YamaSake also offers "Sake Kasu", "Koji Rice", "Amazake", and "Shio Koji" for sale in ready-to-use, convenient portions.
