Get a quick refresher on the basics of wild fermentation and a little excursion into the world of sauerkraut. Get inspired with ideas for cooking with ready-fermented cabbage and enjoy the tasting afterwards. Sauerkraut is known worldwide, and many countries have created their own recipes for the delicious and healthy fermented cabbage. Two of the variations will be prepared together with the participants. The jars filled in the workshop can be taken home.
Finally, we enjoy a classic example of cooking with sauerkraut and other ferments together (omnivorous, vegetarian possible).
