Soil to Soul 2022: soil well done
Over the past three days, the Soil to Soul symposium with the integrated Fermentista Festival explored a central question of our current existence: How can we feed ourselves in a way that not only preserves our livelihood for future generations, but regenerates it?
More than 3000 guests registered for one or more events in the symposium programme and took new knowledge home with them; gladly in mental form, but even better physically in the context of tastings, master classes and the Soil Food Market. Because soil-conscious nutrition and enjoyment are not mutually exclusive - on the contrary.
We are happy to share the first impressions with you - and we are even more looking forward to the next edition in 2023.
